5% Winter Challenge: Assignment # 7

This one is to update measurements. I'm really bad at being consistent at this, so I'll go a week early and update them now. My last date was 30.11.12.
As I've done no strength training since starting my half marathon training, I unsurprisingly have no changes in my "dimensions" if you will.
This will become my focus I think during the challenge.
