February Goals

Well looks like my last blogpost was nearly 6 months ago! I have basically stayed at the same weight, maybe down a lb. I have basically been maintaining between 127-129. I have been meeting with a trainer, using my treadmill and then not counting calories. So if I could get the calories down I could really get to those last 10 lbs! I am excited as I'm seeing some definition in my arms/legs.

My goal for February:

Week 2/10-2/16:
T: Personal Training, Run 3.25 Mi. COMPLETED! Phew, ended up doing 4.25 Mi! In PT today did 13 sets of 5 Incline Pullups, 10 pushups, 15 Squats...total 65 Incline Pullups, 130 pushups, 195 squats, then 1 Mile in a little over 9 min!
W: Personal Training, Run 3.25 Mi.
R: Personal Training, no running, V-Day!
F: Personal Training,
S: Run 4.00 Mi.


Week 2/17-2/23:
S: Run 4.00 Mi.
M: Day off of work.
T: Personal Training, Run 3.25 Mi.
W:Personal Training, Run 3.25 Mi.
R: Personal Training, Get ready for son's tonsilectomy Friday
F: Son's Tonsilectomy, no WO
S: Run 4.0 mi

Week 2/24-2/28:
S: Run 3.0 mi
M: unknown
T: unknown
W: Personal Training, Run 3.25 Mi.
