Swollen fingers

I noticed that my rings come off on the days I do curves (3 x week) On the other four days of the week they don't come off because of swollen fingers.

So I am challenging myself to keep moving two straight hours every morning on those non curve days.

Monday curves
Tuesday keep moving two hours
Wednesday curves
Thursday keep moving two hours
Friday curves
Saturday keep moving two hours
Sunday keep moving two hours

With this added activity, I should see an additional 2 pound weight loss per month!

I usually am extremely sedentary, just reading, surfing and knitting. So this is a challenge for me.

All went well this morning...... never sat down for two hours,
......did some shoveling,
......some housework
and some wii dancing for a total of two hours.

Personal Appearance: I want to:

•Wear a swim suit on the beach •Firm up what I have
•Look better naked! •Have my clothes fit better
•fit into new coat

Health & Fitness: I want to:

•Live longer •Have more energy
•Climb stairs without being winded •Feel and be stronger
•Bring down my cholesterol

Friends, Family and Social Life: I want to:

•Play and be active with my kids •Stick around to see my grandkids grow up

Everyday Signs and Situations: I want to:

•Be able to tie my shoes

    Movement pushes the excess fluid out via the kidneys. Google lymph flow. It'll make more sense. Movement is necessary.
