I noticed that my rings come off on the days I do curves (3 x week) On the other four days of the week they don't come off because of swollen fingers.
So I am challenging myself to keep moving two straight hours every morning on those non curve days.
Tuesday keep moving two hours
Thursday keep moving two hours
Saturday keep moving two hours
Sunday keep moving two hours
With this added activity, I should see an additional 2 pound weight loss per month!
I usually am extremely sedentary, just reading, surfing and knitting. So this is a challenge for me.
All went well this morning...... never sat down for two hours,
......did some shoveling,
and some wii dancing for a total of two hours.
