Okay new day new attitude

I was feeling very down about this weight loss (or lack thereof) situation yesterday but I'm better today. I was exhausted all day yesterday probably because I haven't been feeling well. I slept like a log last night but I still woke up feeling tired and out of whack. I ate like normal yesterday and will continue that. My stomach seems to have recovered from whatever that was. I'm still not sure if it was illness or the pizza I ate on Thursday at lunch. My instincts tell me it was a reaction to eating processed foods but that seems suspect since it had only been about three weeks eating clean.

I will say that my sodium intake was probably pretty high on Saturday since I did eat canned soup and crackers. Sunday I had no vegetables, grains or dairy (couldn't stomach it) but I did have a lot of protein and some whole fruit. I'm still not eating as much or as often as I was before I started feeling sick, I hope the last vestiges of this pass quickly.

It took a herculean effort not to weigh myself today but I'll wait until Monday and do it officially.

    I hope you are fully and completely recovered from whatever bug bit you. I like to weigh myself when I'm sick because I weigh less then. I know the weight always comes back.

    I need to do an attitude reality check as well. I don't want to resemble that great song, SLIP SLIDING AWAY. It is so easy to fall victim to that.
