workout excusessss

I am finding that setting a time to workout will actually get the job done! So, if I have an apple (for carbs and nutrition) in the morning before I want my early workout, then I have to change clothes and get TO IT!

Also, I think to myself that I want to maybe go on the treadmill later in the evening for an ADDITIONAL calorie-burn but it can be easy for me to have DISTRACTIONS and get the second workout of the day completed.

    There are some people on here that actually treat a workout like an appt. They schedule when it needs to be done and then when it's almost time they get ready to do whatever it was they had planned and then get to it. Not something that works for me but it does work well for some =]

    Getting on the dreadmill is on my mind tonight but I hope I can control my boredom..... I just like moving around too much...

    Good habits are as hard to break as bad ones.
    Also try some strength training in addition to cardio. You can do things while whatching TV, cooking or cleaning.
