I am at 210.8 today. Now my next goal is 199 by May 1st. That is 11 lbs in 11 weeks. Right now, my brother and I have both lost 7 lbs in our quest for ownership of the camera. He is 275. I am at 7.4 lost, but my brother just counts total lbs. He lost a lot at first, but has slowed down. I just plan on steadily dropping the weight.
Today I had my eggs ( 6 ), with cheese. My snack will be 2 ozs. of cream cheese, and lunch/ dinner will be ground beef, and tomatoes. This is 2,493 calories, 34 carbs ( 11 fiber ), 236 g fat, and 169 g protein.
My plan for the day is to read. The entire night of TV is ruined by the President's speech. We know every word in the speech, and they have been endlessly debated, so I have no idea why he needs to be on TV. Either keep the speech a secret, or stop ruining our night of TV. Hopefully there is a movie On Demand.
I am headed to the gym later. My brother is gone to school. He goes 1-5, but shows up 2 hours early to tutor 10 other kids. Maybe next semester, he can tutor the kids taking this course with the school's blessing, and receive credit towards his grade. Of the 10 he tutored, all improved on their last test. Most were failing, and a few got A's, and B's. He is over 100% on all 4 of his classes this semester. It means I am stranded for 2 extra hours though. My friend has a class at the gym today though, so I'll go do my walk while she does the class.
