Usually on Tuesday when I get to go in late to work I do housework and walk but it is a raining day so no walking but I did get a lot accomplished at the house. So maybe I can walk tonight after work. Hope everyone has a great day and keep pushing it will work it may take time to see the progress but it will happen.
