Well not only do I have a love affair with peanut butter, I have the same going on with anything raspberries, so I got some of the light and fit Greek yogurt that is 80 cals, added some frozen raspberries, a little stevia and this no calorie rasp.coffee syrup put them together and let sit a couple of hours in fridge to blend, YUMMY. Now my heads spinning on what else I can put together, gotta get something for peanut butter so I don't use Ice Cream. emoticon

I am fond of banana peanut butter smoothies: banana, 1 tbsp. peanut butter, milk or juice or water or coconut milk, blend away, for a super tasty shake, its like a milk shake without the ice cream. You could add a few raspberries for a PBJ style drink.

BETTER ice cream: peel a banana, wrap it in plastic and put it in a freezer bag, then freeze it. Put the frozen banana in your food processor with a little vanilla and a small amount of maple syrup. Blend it completely smooth. Put it in a bowl and sprinkle some mini chocolate chips on top. If you want it to look like real ice cream, once you blend it, re-freeze it, then use an ice cream scooper to serve it.
