I believe you should not limit your food - eat what you like - just eat in moderation
I do not want someone telling me I cannot eat white foods or red meat or what have you
1 sml/med raw baked potato (1 lrg for 2 people)
cut into slices (fat or thin)
Spray with pam cooking spray
put into a large zip lock bag
sprinkle with garlic salt/pepper or even spice things up with cyan pepper (YUMMY)
Shake till potato is coated nicely
Just go easy on the salt or you know what will happen!
cook at 350 till golden brown
Pair this up with some steamed broccoli and a chicken breast and you are set!
