These are the things I need to work on:
- Become more confident in the gym. I usually start out good, but then I start comparing myself to others in the gym.
- Stop eating mindlessly when I am bored. This by far is my biggest weakness, along with snacking on junk food. To correct this I am going to substitute fruits and veggies for processed foods. I will also drink more water.
- Along the same lines of the first point, I need to realize that my body is different than everyone else's. I will never be a size 0, I just need to get to a healthier weight.
