What I need to do differently

These are the things I need to work on:
- Become more confident in the gym. I usually start out good, but then I start comparing myself to others in the gym.
- Stop eating mindlessly when I am bored. This by far is my biggest weakness, along with snacking on junk food. To correct this I am going to substitute fruits and veggies for processed foods. I will also drink more water.
- Along the same lines of the first point, I need to realize that my body is different than everyone else's. I will never be a size 0, I just need to get to a healthier weight.

    While I'd love to be 130 (I'm 5"8), I remember being extremely healthy around 140-145.

A tip on the snacking thing (which is a bad one for me too), easy fruits like apples have been working really well because you can just grab them and go. If you can convince yourself to cut up veggies right after shopping, then you have pre-cut veggies and it isn't such a chore when snack time rolls around! That said, I think we have some little ziplocs full of red pepper slices that are currently rotting in the fridge....

    You don't need to be a size 0 to be beautiful, we are all different, unique, just be yourself, and most of us that are here in SparkPeople is because our bodies/nutrition habits can use some "help"...
