I have taken a 15 minute walk today. I have also planned my meals for the day. I'm noticing that when I plan my next day the night before I feel more in control. I don't "fly by the seat of my pants" too well at all. So, the planning definately helps me.
I have to attend a home inspection at 1pm, then I have a showing today at 4pm. When I get home from the showing I will take another walk. The roads are still a little snow covered/icy in places, but it makes me work harder on my walk.
I feel better today, more in control and hopeful.
