Day 2 - Crunchy Snack Idea

I love crunchy snacks

I went to Trader Joes and purchased
bag of almonds (salt free)
bag of walnuts (salt free)
bag of cashews (salt free)
box of golden raisins or dried fruit of choice
bag of small FF pretzles (theres the salt .. yummy)

The key to this snack (so we dont over eat) is to portion these out as soon as you get home.

Make sure you use SMALL SNACK BAGS or you will over portion and ruin a good thing.

I put 6 - 10 pieces of each item in each snack bag.
This is not a "eat at once" snack bag -
but a snack on this "over an hour or so" snack bag.
Make sure you have more raisins/fruit in the bag then any other munchy.

I literally made almost 20 bags out of the original munchies I bought.
