I know people are either all for or all against fasting. This is not a liquid fast. I do not think I could ever do one of those for more than one day a week.
This one is mainly fruits and veggies. There are two days which add hamburger meat. And on day seven brown rice.
I have never done a fasting like this before but I am going to give it a try and see how it goes.
I will blog every morning on my experience of the preceding day.
I already eat mainly all fruits and veggies now following a plant based diet so this should not be such a shock on my system.
