Well- The finally managed to complete a 30 day Challenge!
I am actually super impressed. I cannot remember when they have been soo good at posting workouts and coming up with new ones. It is awesome. Their new platform seems to be working great for them!
I love mixing it up with Reps, and Hiit, and core days. The combat was ok it would be better with weighted gloves.
Brian and I will weigh in on Thursday morning to see our accomplishments in 30 days. I am going to keep going with BR if they are going to continue to keep posting vides and tutorials. I am hoping Brian will continue with me- he said he just wants to run and I said well shouldnt you run and do this (like I do) but he was bummed because that means waking up before 830!
I will have to remind him that soon it will be sping and the days getting longer again to go on night runs... I am definately looking forward to this spring/summer. I have gotten back into my routine at the gym a little more finally. I have done 2 runs. Very slow- I am running differently after the knee injury- Running at about 12:15 min mile. and only doing 1. Thursday I am going to shoot for 1.5.
I really would love love love to be in the lower 120s for the wedding in July.. When we started I was at 132.4
ON to another totally terrible topic- Its fat Tuesday!!! and I feel like that means I should be FAT today! But we are going to Vegas this weekend. Fast food has crossed my mind- Can some one throw me an idea of a treat I should get that wont kill my body for the weekend
