Yep, finally today am back at goal weight and feeling good! I really think the new hemp protein that I am using in the morning is perking me up a bit. It's full of protein and seems to keep me satisfied longer.
Even though I am at goal weight, you all know me and I like keeping a bit below goal weight as a cushion for splurges. So hopefully today I can eat all three meals at home and get under goal. We don't have any plans for Valentine's day but want to be prepared just in case DH decides to go out. And then I will have to be diligent again with my birthday coming up where I would like to go out for Italian (my favorite food).
So even though I am celebrating getting back down to goal of 110, I want to focus on eating healthy and light.
