woo hoo happy to be back down at goal weight

Yep, finally today am back at goal weight and feeling good! I really think the new hemp protein that I am using in the morning is perking me up a bit. It's full of protein and seems to keep me satisfied longer.

Even though I am at goal weight, you all know me and I like keeping a bit below goal weight as a cushion for splurges. So hopefully today I can eat all three meals at home and get under goal. We don't have any plans for Valentine's day but want to be prepared just in case DH decides to go out. And then I will have to be diligent again with my birthday coming up where I would like to go out for Italian (my favorite food).
So even though I am celebrating getting back down to goal of 110, I want to focus on eating healthy and light.

    Oh . . . way to go! I have some of the same dillemas! My Mom's birthday is 6 February, Valentine's Day (obviously 14 February!) then my birthday as well. So, just keep taking it a day-at-a-time. You'll be find . . . so will I. Don't even mind adding another year to the age as it beats the alternatives, eh!

    Congrats on being at goal. You are amazing!! Can't wait til I get back down to where I truly want to be!! Like you, I don't have any definite plans for Valentine's Day evening meal, but need to be prepared in case DH decides at the last minute.... For lunch I'm keeping granddaughter for DSIL to go eat with DD and give her her present. He's going to surprise her at work. I think it's sweet!!

    emoticon Save some splurging by making a v-day dessert yourself using healthy ingredients. A slimmed down pie is a lot better than a full slice of tiramasu. And the DH will appreciate the effort!

  Glad you are back down to goal weight! Awesome. I use a protein shake too. It really helps.
Today is Mardi Gras for us....so maybe a few parades if the kids are feeling well enough.
