But it is a great way to start the day! Light-hearted, gets the blood flowing, easy (for me) to enjoy, and 20 minutes of calorie burn first thing in the morning makes breakfast more palatable and wakes me up for work!
Man, I gotta do this more often!
As an added bonus, my Fitbit has already tracked more steps today in the less than 4 hours I've been awake than where I was yesterday when I went out with friends at 8 pm. WOW!
