5 PM GYM..what was I thinking!?

Tuesday, February 12, 2013

Soooo I decided to wait until 4:30 pm to go to the gym. The gym is normally 5 minutes away from my home but it took me 30 minutes to get there. There was a car accident so traffic was much worse than usual.

I never go to the gym at this time because of the crowd so I was shocked at how bad it was! Every treadmill was taken and there was no space on the floor AT ALL!

It was overwhelming so I will stick to my nice, quiet, not so crowded, boring times!! lol Happy Tuesday YALL!!!

I noticed at my gym it's like that Monday and Tuesday by Wednesday it thinning out. I try to get there between 5-5:15 which typically I beat the rush. Most come in a got to change, I change at work so I usually can get a machine. Got to do what works for you, but don't quit

Lol! I go to the gym at 4:30pm everyday, and you're right, it's crazy! Unfortunately, it gets crazier between the 5-6pm slots b/c of all the 9-5ers.
