So yesterday was my kick me in the butt day. Stepped on the scale at work and knew that I had work to do. And I did it. I really focused on the food and water intake yesterday and did really well. And I am ready for another day of water and only one cup of coffee. You don't know how hard it was to not go back for another cup. And now I have my big cup of water beside me and drinking away.
I really have to work at lunch today. We are having a mini-retreat at work and lunch is provided. I am going to be smart about it and drink water and skip the dessert.
I am ready to see a difference on the scales this Friday. I may not be the Biggest Loser here at work but I am going to do my best and work towards my goal of losing 15 pounds this go round. Let's see how close I can get in 10 weeks.
