- muscles are still sore, so much so they woke me up
- still tired from the weekend
- house work should be done
- 30 day trial membership is done, must official join the gym
Why I must ignore them :
- I have come too far to quit
- the cruise is getting closer
- I need to be healthier
- I want to look better
- DH would be disappointed in me
