yesterdays workout

So after a week of being off from the gym i finally went back yesterday. I said i was going to hit the gym hard, but then i got to thinking...i have not been to the gym in a week and my body might not be to happy, so i decided to take it slow. So instead of doing a whole 30 mins on the treadmill (like i would normally do) i did 20, at a 4.7 mph run on 1.0 incline just to see how my body would react after being off for 7days. Turns out, i could have gone alot longer and would have been fine. My body does not hurt, and feels fantastic. So i think today after i get off of work, i will go back to my normal times. I think i will even do some of the 30 min circuit traning to. Im looking forward to tonights workout when i get off work. its not often you look forward to working up a sweat, but i quite enjoy it. I like how i feel once its over with, i feel like i can do just about anything. I feel strong and healthy and its a wonderful feeling. I can see so many changes in my body already in the last month and a half. I have lost 10 lbs so far and feels awesome. i have not had any pop or sugary drinks of any kind. I dont crave them at all. My jeans are starting to fall off of me, and my shirts are getting larger. My waist line looks and feels smaller. My thighs are not as huge as they used to be. My arms are shrinking my neck line is smaller. For once i am actually forward to summer and the warm months ahead. :)
