Drinking my water
Avoiding Emotional eating

    Food is always the hardest thing for me. Excellent plan. Would like to know if there were things that helped you succeed or things that side tracked you that you would deal with in future. The journey is one of learning and changing, lol, but I'm always happy not to reinvent the wheel!
