Confused!

I have been in a daze the past several months.
I had family members that were causing problems.
I had a family member pass away recently & had to deal w/ making all the arrangements & paying for the funeral. No one in my family helped; some even didn't show up. emoticon
So I've been in a daze & haven't really cared about anything. I gained the weight back that I lost. emoticon I'm still trying to put things back in order.

    Listen to LILSHINE she has it.
Grief is a process and everybody deals with it differently.
Myself when a life drama or trauma happens I'm right in the thick of things I get done what needs to get done; my life survival skills kick in, but once it's dealt with then I take my space from everything and everybody and deal with everything that has been kept bottled up. Forget everyone else This becomes ME time, MY down time and everyone else can accept it and deal with it. It's not being selfish even if they think it is. YOU need that for yourself too. It's YOUR mind body and spirit that need looking after. It might take a couple of hours it may take a day or two but once we've come through it and out the other side we're stronger for it and everyone else can just take a hike.

    You're probably still grieving your loss. Family drama typically rears it's ugly head during a death experience. Know that God sees your struggles and what you had to do to make the burial possible. You will get your reward for your good showing. For those that didn't show up or support you during this time, you now know their true character. Sometimes people are in our lives for a reason and a season. When the season is over you have to move forward. Take whatever time you need to pull through this cloudy day and keep moving forward. Those that love and support you will be there for you even during the darkest times. Be encouraged God love you.

  old saying, can pick your friends but not your family. nowhere does it say you have to cope with everyone tho. sometimes best to leave some behind.
