Feeling better....

I've got to go back to work today. Had Friday and Monday off sick, and I do feel better. Not 100% but well enough to go back. I just need to stay away from my co-workers is all, especially with the coughing and sneezing I'm still doing.
Getting back to exercise may take a few more days though. I don't have a way to go to the gym in the morning and I probably won't feel up to it after work yet. I'm going to take it slow and hope I haven't gained much weight by the time I do go back. It's getting harder to find enough time to work out to burn enough calories. And I'm having a hard time staying away from food, although I'm going to keep trying harder to get more fruit and veggies in instead of junk.

    Julie, I think your doing fine, and your to hard on your self. Take it easy, if your not gaining weight back your OK, so be good to your self, please.

Yes, take it easy. Eat GOOD food, and worry about the exercise when you're closer to 100%.
