I've got to go back to work today. Had Friday and Monday off sick, and I do feel better. Not 100% but well enough to go back. I just need to stay away from my co-workers is all, especially with the coughing and sneezing I'm still doing.
Getting back to exercise may take a few more days though. I don't have a way to go to the gym in the morning and I probably won't feel up to it after work yet. I'm going to take it slow and hope I haven't gained much weight by the time I do go back. It's getting harder to find enough time to work out to burn enough calories. And I'm having a hard time staying away from food, although I'm going to keep trying harder to get more fruit and veggies in instead of junk.
