Every year one of the ladies at work sell s a quart of chicken and dumplings as a fund raiser for her church. Every year I buy one and take it home for dinner. This year it sat in my frig for several days and I finally heated it up last night and served it with a big citrus salad. I had to force myself to eat a small bowl of it because it just didn't appeal to me with all those white flour dumplings and gravy. Funny how our tastes change as we learn to eat more healthy.
