1 - It takes discipline to be disciplined. Perhaps I need to start disciplining myself, instead of depending on others to do it for me; trainers, family, cardiologists, close friends/relatives.
#2 - I am my own magician. I know there is no magic time, day, diet, lifestyle, exercise, etc. out there. If there is any magic in what I want, then I must make the magic happen.
#3 - The first step in 'just do it', is the Decision to do it!
#4 - The second step is to Commit to my Decision. For the last 20+ years I've been skipping over, around either #3 or #4.
#5 - Any degree of success Requires #1 thru #4 happening at the Same Time, Not at different times. If there's a secret, then that's it.
#6 - ???
