Reading more and more about attitude and how it affects you. I have become a firm believer that Attitude affect everything in your life. I think overall I have a good attitude but I know I can be very critical of myself...never feeling like I did it well enough or enough.
SparkCoach this AM had a video asking us how we treat ourselves. I also did an exercise the other day asking us to list accomplishments we are proud of. It said to only list 10 and it was easy to crank out 21. I have a lot of accomplishments I'm proud of.
It has been hard for me to see the scale go down and yet I have put into place many good habits. It is pretty easy for me to get up early and exercise at least 5 days a week and spend time on SparkPeople. I rarely drink Pop. Water and unsweet tea are my drinks. I almost always eat a healthy breakfast and lunch. We rarely eat out anymore and I cook ahead more to have meals ready more quickly. I have a made a lot of good life changes that I am proud of.
Off to make it a super day and see what adventures are up ahead for me today!
Meeting half way with our son and daughter in law tonight for dinner at the Red Onion Cafe. A new adventure awaits. Have the menu so will prechoose what to eat before we go. Daughter in law leaves for Singapore soon so it will be good to see her before she leaves for work trip for two weeks.
