February is my 10 year anniversary with spark. quit and rejoined several times. i am sick of bineing fat.

    Welcome back! I've come to terms with the fact that keeping my weight down will inevitably mean coming back and coming back and coming back. I'm guessing my odds of success will be better if I learn to accept that. And so I'm back after a big success a year ago and a little back sliding.
