Everyone always says...Don't look back - you are not going that way...but every now and again it is good to look back. Take a good look at how far you have come. Sometimes it is important to do that to put how far you still have to go into perspective.
Here are the things I have been accomplishing on a daily basis since December 29th:
1) I always get at least 5 servings of vegetables & fruits in daily.
2) I always get at least 8 glasses of water in everyday.
3) I have logged in at least 5000 steps on all but 2 days.
4) I have quit smoking.
5) I spend at least 10 minutes everyday to meditate and boost my mental health.
Wow...No wonder I am feeling so much better both mentally and physically.
