Take Pride Tuesday

Everyone always says...Don't look back - you are not going that way...but every now and again it is good to look back. Take a good look at how far you have come. Sometimes it is important to do that to put how far you still have to go into perspective.

Here are the things I have been accomplishing on a daily basis since December 29th:

1) I always get at least 5 servings of vegetables & fruits in daily.
2) I always get at least 8 glasses of water in everyday.
3) I have logged in at least 5000 steps on all but 2 days.
4) I have quit smoking.
5) I spend at least 10 minutes everyday to meditate and boost my mental health.

Wow...No wonder I am feeling so much better both mentally and physically.

What have you accomplished in the past that is going to help you with your future healthy self?

    Each year I tell myself, "Man, I'm glad I made it this far!"

    Life is rough, but you have to roll with the punches. Things do get better. I am glad that you shared your thoughts about this. I am proud of how far I have come and look forward to what I can still do!
