I am in Team Forum Weekly Challenge(s) and we have a lovely thread there that I thought would be nice to share with others.
Valentines Day seems to have spread and become Valentines week and why not show that Love to ourselves as well as to our partners.

I liked this as it makes you think about what you have done for yourself.
Copy this and fill it in on your own blog or keep it in a journal and see how far you have come later on maybe next Valentine.

V-Victories: What do you love about your journey and victories so far?

A-Accomplish: Which accomplishments do you love the most?

L-Love: How do you show yourself love?

E- Exercise: Which exercise/s do you love?

N-Notice: Have you noticed any changes you particularly love?

T-Treat: What special treat do you love?

I-Improve: What would you love to improve?

N- New: Have you tried anything new lately that you love?

E-Eat: Which healthy foods or meals do you particularly love?


Try to identify with at least one category per day, more if you wish. Give it some thought throughout your journey, and focus daily as you just may discover a new love!

V-Victories: What do you love about your journey and victories so far?
Overcoming my sweet tooth, finding the joy in exercise.

A-Accomplish: Which accomplishments do you love the most?
Accomplishing the small goals that I set myself the one I love the most is Exercising daily for at least 10 minutes.

L-Love: How do you show yourself love?
Being patient with myself, planning meals that are healthy, doing something for myself.

E- Exercise: Which exercise/s do you love?
Walking and Chair exercise and Dancing

N-Notice: Have you noticed any changes you particularly love?
My energy levels have increased

T-Treat: What special treat do you love?
Extra special treat going to the cinema. Special treat going out to buy crafting materials

I-Improve: What would you love to improve?
My personal self image

N- New: Have you tried anything new lately that you love?
Food: A Vegetarian Wholewheat pasta bake
Exercise: A new Exercise DVD

E-Eat: Which healthy foods or meals do you particularly love?
Homemade vegetable soup, salad as a side dish with meals, Couscous with lots of vegetables and spices added to it.

I am saving this and adding it to my Journal so I can see how far I have come by February 2014
