Wow yesterday was just not the day for me to workout. I was so tired when I left work I went home and started dinner and then went to sleep for a bit. I need to get my sleeping routine to be more of a routine lol.

Yesterday's weight: 239 (weighed in when I got home)
Today's weight: 239

Yesterday's goals:
30 mins cardio - 0
8 cups water - 16 emoticon
Strength Training - 0
Fast until 6pm emoticon

Today's goals:
40 mins cardio
8 cups water
Strength Training
Feed day
