Slow Results

Tuesday, February 12, 2013

So i've been full ahead on my routine for 2 weeks now. The first week i lost a pound. The second week i stayed the same. I feel like a few years ago when i was on here I lost weight much easier. Like at least 1 pound would come off a week. Im not THAT much older but it seems harder now. So its all making me unclear of what works for me. Spark tells me 1200-1400 calories a day which seems reasonable to me, plus im doing the gym 3 or 4 days a week. I should kick that up to 4 or 5 days....
Do i need to be eating less calories? Harder workouts? ugh! so frustrating :(

2 weeks is HARDLY enough time to know if anything is really working or not. Keep at it for at least a month... you can DO IT!

It took me from July 2007 to lose over 63 pounds. Some months were frustrating, but I stayed focused and am currently in a plateau but I will not surrender. My goal is too important to me. I have lowered my A1C to 5.3 and am in diabetic remission. Keep focused for success. You can do it. Go for it.
