Hey spark friends, how is everyone doing? It's been about a month since I last blogged. I've just been so busy with the workouts and every day things that I lost track of time. I've still tracked everything though. I'll probably weigh myself this week. I do it about once a month. I know I've lost though because the inches are less, and my clothes fit great. It really feels great when you have a good workout, doesn't it? I've recently added kettle ball training to my workouts and I love it. I see a big difference in my muscles; especially in the arms and back. It's a wonderful workout!!!! I'm still doing a lot of walking; five to ten miles a day. It's a good way to stay young!!! LOL!!! As for my eating habits; they're good. I try to eat healthy. Of course I slip up once in a while, but who doesn't?
All in all, I've been doing great!!! I pray that all of my spark friends are also doing great. I want all of you to have a wonderful VALENTINE'S DAY, full of love and family. God bless all of you and have a great week!!!!
