Nothing significant about today really. I went over range calorie and carb wise way over. I swear it's those crackers, they are evil...they are just soooo addictive. Curse you Ritz.
We went to Kansas City today. It ended up being a quicker trip than expected so I got to avoid any away from home food choices. The worst damage I did was add cherry syrup to my Diet Dr. Pepper (I know...so hypocritical) but, if QuikTrip would carry diet cherry syrup on the fountain I wouldn't have to cheat. But, it was only a 22 oz cup so it wasn't too much syrup.
So, really my bad things today weren't my fault.

I'm noticing my habits are changing a lot even with the soda. I used to grab the largest size I could find. Now, it's a treat or I avoid it and drink water.
I got in a 15 minute workout this morning before we left. I had intentions of doing the Bootcamp cardio video for today but, I couldn't motivate myself to do the jumping jacks it required. I've still got a little too much around the middle to be hopping my flabby body up and down because it's a VERY UNCOMFORTABLE thing to jump. Running is acceptable because I think the jello-like movement of my guts help my momentum. Ewww.
For the most part all is well in my little piece of the universe. I haven't been sleeping the best lately but, I'm trying to wean myself off taking Melatonin every night I got really dependent on it. Speaking of sleep...that's what I'm avoiding now. Guess it'd be more productive if I walk away from the laptop.
