I've gotten around something I'm allergic to and had the WORST allergic reaction today. I've had 4 benadryl just to keep the symptoms at bay and still am sneezing every few minutes... Feeling miserable today. Taking today off from my workouts but I did wear my pedometer and tried to walk a little extra.
1. Took a much needed nap after the Benadryl
2. Drank plenty fluids
3. Monitored my intake, tracked it, ate fruit for snacks. (I don't consider myself a binger but I can eat late night sometimes, somewhat mindlessly. I did some mindless eating today but did counted it in my total intake. It was 15 sour patch kids (a serving) )
4. I lost 1.8 lbs!
5. Read 2 chapters of the book I'm reading on weight loss. :)
Ok, headed to bed... again. Slept 5 hours after work. Still exhausted.
