Where Does Motivation Come From?

Who knows, but after telling myself it was OK to take a day off, I biked for 45 minutes. I also changed my mood from a grump to my normal self. Yay! It took a while, but it just goes to show that we can choose what moods to be in. The biking did help, of course.

Tomorrow, I will try to wake up at 7a.m. and bike for 30 minutes. I can do it! However, my knees are flared up again, well the left knee is anyway. WHY???? Ugh. Even the elliptical is starting to be a problem, which means I should go see my doctor again. Or cut back on my elliptical and hope it heals. Like right around 40 minutes today, my knee was seriously telling me an angry story. But, I had to do my 45 minute, or I would feel like a wuss. That's probably the wrong (immature) attitude to take.

Well, off to rest and finish watching a comedy. My brain needed to destress. I'm watching from Prada to Nada. It's not that funny, but it's well written. Plus, there are a cute guys in it with tattoos.

    Sorry you're having so much trouble with your knees. You should get it checked out. You don't want to make things worse.
