We have assignments to do in preparation for the 5% Challenge. It is truly an excellent idea, giving focus.
This assignment is a list of reasons I want to lose weight. Reasons, how do I count thee?
1. I am vain. I hate being a fatty. After two children I was a too skinny 85 pounds. Normal for me was 95. This has got to go!
2. I need to lose weight to ease some of my back pain.
3. I gained this weight because I wanted to be left alone. The reason for that is gone. While I am not looking for a "boy friend," I don't want to live under the oppression this weight represents. I still want to be left alone. If for some reason men take an interest (something I truly can't imagine) I'll buy a wedding ring.
4. I need a job.
5. Eventually this will affect my health. I don't want that!
