And it felt great. I was surprised that I could do it. I've been nervous to increase it and now I can't believe I didn't do it sooner. I also did my daily Wii Fit, and strength training for today. I feel great. My legs feel a little sore but it is a good sore.
I can't wait until tomorrow. I am determined not to break my workout streak.
I can do this. I just have to stay motivated.
I can do it, you can do it, we all can do it!!!
I also set up some goals and rewards for when I reach those goals. I posted them on my SparkPage under other info. If anyone has any other suggestions for rewards feel free to let me know. I love getting new ideas.
