Finally an answer!

Monday, February 11, 2013

Monday... I made it! I have stayed in my calorie counts as long as I can get to bed without eating anything I am about at half of my calories. VERY proud!

Today I got answers. I went to a cardiologist for my high blood pressure or shall I say over medicated pressure that almost makes it to low. I got answers and validated by the doctor. I was so happy. It seemed as though a weight was lifted off of my shoulders. This doctor is going to help me get past my tiredness, numb face, ear ringing.... it's going to be great! All while I reach my goals. Yea baby! It was like I could see the light. What a great feeling.

Tomorrow I am going to go about things with the same positive attitude. (well I hope I am).

I talked with a friend at work today and she is now also going to do the "challenge" that I am doing. I was pumped because the more people around me I can get motivated the better life will be. It's always easier with the more people you have on your side. Today I believe.... I belive in my self and that I am not crazy with sluggishness, and other things. Actually fixing my blood pressure and raising my pulse I may also be able to lose weight faster. That would be so fantastic I can't even explain it.

I don't really have anyone but the big guy above to say this to but I have to say thanks for the great day. I needed that bit of light in my life today!

Tomorrow.... Same thing as today - just a faster pace!

Amazing how a trip to the doctor can make you feel better. Sometimes we have to listen to the professionals.
