Well, I have been kidding myself about the extra snacking I've been doing ... But the scale at the Dr. Office today confirmed what I knew, but was pretending I didn't. I am up 8 pounds. I changed my tracker and will focus on back to basics. Plan, Plan, Plan! I stayed on the treadmill 60 minutes today ... But I didn't gain because I wasn't exercising, and exercise will not be the "fix"! I am setting April 30 as deadline to get back to 145. Stayed in the kitchen after dinner and made a batch of Fruity Snack/Breakfast Cookies ... A good snack I used frequently when I was in "Lose It" mode. Watch for more blogs as I work to stay real with my Spark friends ... And Myself!!
