2 days and going great!

Well 2 days going now got in 30 minutes of exercise. I also tracked it and my water. Today I added to and tracked my nutrition. I stayed in range but need more freggies. I also did really good on my ratios today. I didn't get a chance to go to the store. I had to add some stops to my list for town and one wasn't open today. So going in the morning instead. It gave me a chance to get some house work and other things on my list of to do's done instead.
So all in all things are going great and I couldn't be more pleased with my progress in all areas. Step by step I am putting the pieces back together and working toward my goal! Keeping my eye on the prize! Staying continually mindful! I am making this happen! Healthy I am coming!
