my morning crossfit workout was snowed out.. i just couldnt make it there by 6am with the ice.. disappointing!!! i work LATE on Mondays.. start fairly early and work late.. tough to get a workout in today.. BUT.. i am committing to getting on the bike trainer in 15 min.. that will be 10:30pm -- i have done it before.. i can tired but i will feel better about today.. eating pretty well--- going to "track" here as i dont have time to log ..
B- oatmeal with raisins
L- protein smoothie
D- turkey meatloaf, sweet potato, carrots
8 hersey kisses.. (opps!) but i am not too bothered by it today
