I wanted to push a little harder last week. I feel like I've been stuck in my fitness routine for a while. It was time to kick it one week to get things moving again.

Tuesday, alone, I burned approx 2000 calories. By the end of the week, I was well over 7000. My stomach is less bloated feeling/looking. I slept better all week. Classes were over the top.

I enjoy pushing. It takes me to the next level!!

Game Plan:
Picking Up Rocks aerobics
Big Changes aerobics
EAT
1 hour East Coast Swing dance lesson with Rafael and Larry
EAT
Big Changes Aerobics
1 hour practice with Larry...East Coast Swing

Cardio Kickboxing Class
DONE!!! LOL

Positives:
1. Good step class
2. Unexpected 4 mile interval run
3. Great pump class tonight!!

    Really, 2,000 calories just today? That is a lot. How many hours did you work out?
