My daycare left early today, so I was able to go to the gym before supper. I did a lower body strength workout, then an interval session on the arc trainer.

Daily Goals:
1) Blog -- emoticon
2) Exercise at least 20 minutes. emoticon 120 min
3) Eat at least 3 freggies a day emoticon 3 servings
