Seeing Changes! WooHoo!

As the above picture states, no great thing is created suddenly. I will be quite delusional if I would think the pounds would come off quickly, because it took some time for the pounds to come on. So, it will take some time for the weight to come off.

I can honestly say that what I'm doing and what I have been doing for the past 11 days is getting me closer to earning the body I want. After working out, I took my shower. Then, I looked at my abs and noticed that I'm getting definition. I don't have to hold my abs in either. Also, with my mini-challenge along with my workout plan, my arms are getting stronger and tighter. Then, today, I walked up 3 flights of steep stairs without feeling really winded. I'm getting there, slowly but surely. I'm refusing to put off tomorrow what I can do today!

I am truly busy getting stronger. Every time I do Les Mills' Combat, those punches and kicks make feel so strong that I can knock someone out. Each time I do those workouts, I just think of my punching or kicking my ex right in the you know what! But getting my focus off of him, I'm really feeling awesome right about now!

Also, into the equation, I have been eating clean for the past 11 days! I cannot believe that I have been doing this! WooHoo! Today, at work, one of my co-workers brought in some treats from Panera. There were bagels, cookies, brownies, and cinnamon rolls. Whew! However, I passed up those treats, because I have a goal I'm trying to reach! Now, if I want something sweet, I refuse to deprive myself. I just get creative. For example, I wanted some chocolate and trust me, only chocolate is going to satisfy a chocolate craving, not a piece of fruit. So, I ended up eating a mini-size Mounds bar for the coconut and dark chocolate. Boy, that candy bar was good too and it satisfied the craving as well! I'm so proud of myself.

I'm going to continue what I'm doing! In March, I will continue with clean eating and my current workout plan. Then, in April & May, I will continue with clean eating, but change up the workout plan! I refuse to give up on myself! I'm going to continue to make myself proud!
