Update Feb. Goals

When I made goals for Feb. I put on there to walk/run a 5k 3 times a week. But I discovered Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, and I am really excited about doing that workout. So I'm dropping that goal and substituting doing 30 day shred everyday.

I'm having trouble with staying in my calorie range, but I'm getting better. Just not there yet.

    I am in the same boat with calorie range. Some of my friends have had great results with the 30-day Shred. I hope it works out for you, too! :)

    OMG im the same way. I tried weight watchers too and im past my points. Working out is noooo problem. JM Workouts are the best.
