When I made goals for Feb. I put on there to walk/run a 5k 3 times a week. But I discovered Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, and I am really excited about doing that workout. So I'm dropping that goal and substituting doing 30 day shred everyday.
I'm having trouble with staying in my calorie range, but I'm getting better. Just not there yet.
