I did practically nothing today and it was great. I worked for an hour in the morning sorting out the mess from the weekend. Then I headed upstairs and glued myself to the TV for the rest of the afternoon. I've been searching through bursaries, loans and awards to help with the finances next year. At 25 I'm going back to school.

I burned 425 calories today. That helps a lot since I ate 2200 calories. I'm glad to have created a deficit for the first time in four days. The scale didn't like me today but I'll check in with it again on Friday.

Sprouted some almonds in salt water. They're still drying. Made some cashew-butter-tella (cashews, maple syrup, a little milk and cocoa powder). Super delicious on a banana. Maybe that's why I ate three bananas today. Woooooo potassium high!

One of the dogs and the cat have colds. It's really cute... runny noses and kitten sniffles. Plus, at least for the cat, she's more cuddley when she's sick.

    awwww you are awesome! Poor animals! Good for you going back to school! You must have kicked your butt to burn so many calories! Go you! Oh and lazy days are the best!!

    Awwwww...good luck on going back to school. I went back and got an Art degree at 48 years old. I graduated in 2.5 years. (going part time) So, I know you can do it.
