I'm getting myself back on track after a long weekend of fun in Atlantic City. I didn't track my food while I was away, but nevertheless I don't think I did too badly. I guess I will find out on Wednesday. We had one luxurious dinner at a steakhouse, but we were about as sensible as we could have been, I think, in that the four of us ordered two steaks and split them.
Our second luxurious dinner was at a sushi place, which was nice. Very light. I had the best roasted beet salad IN THE WORLD. The sushi was not the greatest but it was OK.
I didn't exercise per se, either. I wore my FitBit every day and averaged about 11,000 steps a day. One day I clocked about 14,000. Of course, most of that was just ambling through this casino or that. Not exactly aerobic activity, but not too bad either.
So tonight I'm vegetating and watching TV. I'm actually thinking about getting my Kindle and going to bed with my hot water bottle! I am an old lady. Not too too old though, since I've got cramps as well. So, an early night for me!
My next blog entry will be more cogent, I promise.
