HI, I must report that after my exercise class from hell yesterday I have pulled up better than I thought. Yes, my muscles are tired but not aching which I am very much surprised about. I forgot to add yesterday that this instructor does a lot of whole body movement, arms and legs at the same time. Also a lot work above the head. The other instructor works on one section at the time.
Since I fractured my toe late last year I have only been doing gentle exercises because my toe was not healing. Unfortunately I still not thnk it is healed yet unless I just cannot wear shoes anymore. If this is the case I am going to have cold tootsies in winter LOL.
I did have advise from the podiatarist? not to do strenuos exercises to give my toe a chance of healing. I have done everything she told me. Now I will have to organise another xray.
I will be back to my gentle exercises today, shopping tomorrow then the exercise class again Thursday. Sounds good to me. LOL.
Weigh day again on Saturday. That is another thing that I have changed,not weighing everyday only twice per week now and yet I forgot to weight today. I found that I was getting to frustrated when weighing everyday and not seeing any change. It is also more exciting when you see a weight loss at the end of the week.
