Day 6 of my 30 day challenge

Well I missed getting on here on days 4 & 5 LOL But they went great.

Day 6 has been slow going. We had company all weekend and they did not leave until this morning before I came to work. So no workout this morning.

But that is ok I will get in my walk and my bike ride before the end of the night.

Had a great week last week. Lost -4.6 emoticon . I am very happy with that. Looking forward to another good week of emoticon .
