Well I hit my left hand with a 2.5 pound hammer last week so I had to keep it to lower body.
Planks left / right / and center 1 set 35 seconds each
Jump rope 2 sets 45 seconds (this crap is hard!!)
crunches 2 sets of 20
Flutter kicks 1 set of 50
squats 1 set of 50
calf raises toes straight / toes pointed inward / toes pointed outward 2 sets of 25 and 1 set of 10 each position
Well this is what I started doing at 0430 this morning. It was 36 F and I was in a barn with no lights (except a flashlight) and I was sweating. This is a good start but the dark threw a damper on it, gonna try it after work tomorrow. Here we go folks it only gets harder from here. Let's do this...
